   Discovery call

   30 minutes on Telegram or call. I ask about the product, the user, what 'launched' means to you, and what's already built. No sales script — I'm trying to figure out if I can actually help.

2. Step 02Week 1

   Scope & contract

   I write a one-page MVP scope: features in, features out, stack choices, timeline, fixed price. We refine until you can read it and know exactly what you're paying for. No hourly games.

   • Written MVP scope doc
   • Fixed price + timeline
   • Signed agreement, deposit invoiced
3. Step 03Weeks 2–3

   Design & core build

   Design is built in code, not Figma. You see the actual product in your browser by end of week one. We iterate on the look during the build, not in a separate prep phase. Frontend, auth, and data model land first.

   • Live staging URL
   • Weekly demo video
   • Core flows working end-to-end
4. Step 04Weeks 4–6

   Integrations & polish

   Payments, third-party APIs, email, edge cases, mobile polish, performance. The unglamorous 40% of the work that separates a demo from a product people actually use.

   • Transactional email
   • Mobile-perfect UI
   • Lighthouse 95+ targets
5. Step 05Week 7–8

   Deploy, instrument, handoff

   Production deploy on your infrastructure (or mine). Analytics, error tracking, uptime monitor wired up before launch. You get the GitHub repo, the credentials, a Loom walkthrough of the codebase, and a written handoff doc.
