What does Oxymore do?
Oxymore builds and markets digital products as a one-person studio: websites, web apps and MVPs, Telegram and Discord bots, automations, plus the SEO, paid ads, email and funnel work that brings customers to them. 300+ projects shipped since 2017.
Who is it for?
Founders, small teams and business owners who want the thing built and live rather than managed through an agency. Typical clients are pre-seed or bootstrapped startups, established small businesses, and operators who already know what they want.
How much does it cost?
Projects are quoted as a fixed price after a short scoping conversation and a written scope document, or as a weekly retainer for ongoing work. There is no hourly billing. Public price lists are avoided because two projects described with the same sentence can differ five-fold once integrations, roles and compliance appear. How long does a project take?
A landing page or bot is usually 1–3 weeks. A working MVP with auth, database and payments is usually 4–8 weeks. Automations are often days. The timeline is fixed in the scope document before work starts.
Freelancer or agency — what's the difference here?
With Oxymore there is no account manager, no handoff and no junior developer doing the actual build. You message the person writing the code, decisions happen in minutes instead of a weekly call, and you pay for delivery rather than overhead. The trade-off is capacity: one person takes a limited number of projects at a time.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Source code, repository and infrastructure are handed over and belong to you. There is no proprietary platform to stay locked into and no licence to keep paying.
What technology is used?
React and TypeScript on the front end, server-rendered where SEO matters, Postgres for data, and hosted on edge infrastructure. Bots run on the Telegram and Discord APIs. Stacks are chosen for what the project needs, not for novelty.
How does a project start?

Can Oxymore take over an existing project?
Yes — rescues and takeovers are common. It starts with a short paid audit of the existing code so nobody promises a rewrite before reading what's there.
What happens after launch?
Either a clean handover with documentation, or a weekly retainer covering fixes, iterations, monitoring and growth work. Both are stated up front; nothing renews silently.
